When you use Desire AI or Desire AI Studio, prompts, uploads, and brand data you provide may be sent to subprocessors (including AI model providers) solely to operate the features you request. We do not sell your content to train third-party foundation models as a data-selling practice. Output quality and suitability remain your responsibility under our Terms.

We share information only as needed with:

Stripe. Payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
Hosting, email, CRM, analytics, and customer-support providers
AI and infrastructure vendors that process data to deliver the Services
